From 11:30 AM each Monday at the community centre, trained Shiatsu practitioner Vivian Watmough will be offering Shiatsu Massage. This is either on a futon (traditional style) or on a massage table.

Treatment may also include other techniques such as cupping, moxabustion, guasha, sotai to assist in the healing process.

Counselling and psychotherapy will also be offered.
